Draft — pending legal review. This policy applies to TopPair Pro subscriptions on the website and in the mobile app. It is provided in good faith but has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and will be finalised with legal counsel before the commercial launch. The platform currently uses play money only; the clauses below apply once paid plans go live.

Refund Policy

For TopPair Pro subscriptions (website and mobile app)

§ 1 Scope

This Refund Policy applies to TopPair Pro subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. It complements the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

§ 2 Statutory rights and refunds

Because Pro subscriptions are sold by Apple and Google as merchant of record, all payments, refunds and your statutory consumer rights (including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, where applicable) are processed through the respective store under its own refund policy. We do not collect payments directly and therefore cannot issue refunds ourselves.

§ 3 Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not by itself trigger a refund of the current period; Pro features remain available until the end of the period you already paid for. You can cancel any time in your device’s subscription settings (Apple App Store or Google Play → your account → Subscriptions).

§ 4 How to request a refund

  • Apple App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Google Play: request a refund via your Play Store order history or Google Play’s refund help.

Refund timing and eligibility are determined by Apple or Google. If you have trouble, contact us and we will help where we can.

§ 5 Disputes

If you believe a store refund decision was wrong, please contact us first. EU consumers can also use the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

§ 6 Contact

For refund questions, please use the contact details listed in our Imprint.
